These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StockFox, an educational and informational platform operated by Delta Stockz Learning Private Limited ("Company", "StockFox", "we", "our" or "us").

By accessing or using StockFox, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About StockFox

StockFox is an educational and informational platform designed to help users understand stocks, businesses and financial metrics through simplified scorecards, business quality assessments, news summaries and AI-assisted explanations based on publicly available information.

StockFox does not currently provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, buy/sell/hold recommendations, target prices, portfolio management services or execution of securities transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use StockFox.

By registering an account, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

1. Share your account with others.
2. Impersonate another person.
3. Create fake or misleading accounts.
4. Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

4. Use of the Platform

You may use StockFox solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

You shall not:

1. Copy, reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
2. Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the underlying algorithms or systems.
3. Scrape, extract or systematically download data.
4. Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
5. Interfere with the functioning or security of the platform.

5. Nature of Information

The scores, insights, rankings, news summaries, explanations and other content available on StockFox are intended solely for informational, educational and learning purposes.

The StockFox Score is a proprietary analytical assessment intended to represent overall business quality based on quantitative, qualitative and risk-related factors considered by the StockFox framework.

The StockFox Score is designed to assist users in understanding publicly available information and should not be interpreted as a prediction of future stock prices, investment returns, market performance or as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

6. Investment & Educational Disclaimer

StockFox provides informational, educational and learning-oriented content only.

Nothing available on the platform constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Buy recommendation
• Sell recommendation
• Hold recommendation

StockFox is intended to help users better understand publicly available information and financial metrics before investing. Users should independently evaluate all information and make their own investment decisions after considering their personal circumstances, objectives and risk tolerance.

7. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Analysis

Certain explanations, summaries, rankings and insights displayed on StockFox may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems and automated analytical processes.

Such outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions or differing interpretations.

Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it.

AI-generated content is intended to assist learning and understanding and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

8. Data & Accuracy

StockFox uses data obtained from third-party market data providers, public disclosures, exchanges and other sources believed to be reliable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on StockFox, including scores, methodologies, frameworks, software, designs, branding, text, graphics and proprietary analytical models, are owned by or licensed to Delta Stockz Learning Private Limited.

No rights are granted except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• The platform is misused.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Investments in securities are subject to market risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Stockz Learning Private Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or consequences arising from:

• Use of the platform;
• Reliance upon platform content;
• Investment or financial decisions made by users;
• Inaccuracies, omissions or delays in information;
• Technical interruptions, outages or platform unavailability.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
