Stock Fox is a Stock Analytical + Advisory Tool with Contextual Learning, designed to help users analyze stocks using structured data, analytical frameworks, AI-powered summaries, and virtual simulations for educational and learning purposes. The Platform aims to improve user understanding and confidence in market analysis.
Stock Fox does not provide investment advice and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
2. DATA SOURCES & MARKET INFORMATION
- Stock prices and market data displayed on Stock Fox are 15 minutes delayed.
- Data feeds are officially licensed from CMots Internet Technologies Pvt Ltd, a registered service provider with BSE Limited.
- We rely on third-party data providers and do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

- Not to manipulate contests, scores, results, or reward systems
- Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful behavior
- Not to attempt to influence other users through deception or coercion
Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & ACCESS CONTROL
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any user account
- Restrict access to the Platform
- Remove content or disqualify users from contests
This may be done without prior notice if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, applicable laws, or Platform integrity.
7. COMMUNITY, CONTESTS & EVENTS (WHATSAPP / TELEGRAM)
Stock Fox operates educational communities on WhatsApp and Telegram, where we conduct quizzes, webinars, challenges, and learning-based contests and communication for the same is done by Emails; SMS’s; Whatsapp texts.
7.1 Contest-Specific Terms
Participation is subject to:
- Eligibility verification
- Compliance with Platform and contest rules
- Fair usage policies
7.2 Payments & Rewards
All rewards, prizes, vouchers, or benefits are subject to:
- Verification of participation and eligibility
- Platform rules and timelines
Final discretion of the Company
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel contests or rewards at any time without prior notice.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, algorithms, interfaces, and materials on Stock Fox are the intellectual property of Delta Stockz Learning Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, technical issues, or third-party data errors
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
